An L-shaped Japanese counter seating just twelve diners. Nothing more. Martín does it all: he takes orders, explains each dish, cooks and serves. His tasting menus change with the seasonal ingredients and showcase a creative cuisine full of character, featuring original combinations and meticulous presentation. He works with local ingredients and fish from Blanes, which he selects personally. The overall experience strikes a fine balance between tradition and innovation, without resorting to unnecessary formality. A small, unique and thoroughly enjoyable place. A must-visit in Puigcerdà.
