Absolute normality in a kitchen that’s all about slow-cooked food, casseroles and recipes from yesteryear. This spot in the centre of Girona, with exposed brickwork and wooden tables, perfectly embodies the Roca brothers’ idea of what "normal" should be. You can opt for a tasting menu or order à la carte. On the table you’ll find dishes such as the Sacha omelette with red prawn carpaccio, a la llauna dry rice with butifarra del perol sausage, baby cuttlefish and mushrooms, or slow-cooked suckling pig. To drink, little-known local wines. A kind of normality that, in truth, is anything but normal.
