This small, intimate Japanese restaurant revolves around an omakase menu prepared by the chef in front of diners according to the season and the best ingredients available. Nigiri, sashimi and a succession of small hot and cold dishes unfold at an unhurried pace, with fish taking centre stage and a fairly purist approach throughout. The compact space lets diners follow each preparation closely, although it loses a little of its intimacy when full. Service is warm and each course comes with clear explanations. A well-chosen selection of wines and sakes completes the experience. A distinctive and unique offering amongst Granada’s Japanese restaurants.
