This small and understated space, with soft colours and minimal décor, has only three tables, creating absolute intimacy. Authentic Japanese cooking takes centre stage: nigiri, futomaki and gunkan made with koshihikari rice and fresh fish. Each dish is simple in presentation but bold in flavour. The shrimp nigiri and the squid nigiri deserve a standing ovation. The menu changes daily and everything is left in the chef’s hands, finishing with a traditional mochi that rounds off the purity of each bite. A true omakase experiencein the heart of Granada.
