This restaurant has carved out a place for itself on Úbeda’s gastronomic scene with a distinctive concept in which bluefin tuna takes centre stage. Carpaccio, morrillo, ventresca and parpatana cuts of tuna are served alongside meats and seasonal starters. The carefully decorated space includes a bar area with high tables and its own tapas menu, a cosy dining room and private rooms set in vaulted stone chambers. An original proposal that few would expect to find in the province of Jaén.
