Francis Paniego’s kitchen in the heart of Logroño. Peculiar, cosy space with a pleasant terrace, just six long communal tables and zero-impact décor, all in sustainable wood, Scandinavian-style. The offer seems familiar, but it’s also surprising and modern. À la carte menu designed for sharing and prepared with seasonal products and several set menus at affordable prices. The menu includes some of his signature dishes, like the famous Echaurren croquettes and offal stews, like glazed pig’s ear. Its brunch is also well-known in the city. An enjoyable experience.
