The minimalist and elegant décor harmonises with the surroundings. The offering is centred around seasonal, local ingredients and is expressed through two contemporary tasting menus, featuring dishes like confit cod and grilled trout. As expected, the wine cellar is impeccable. Attentive service, beautifully presented dishes and clean, well-defined flavours. The only vertigo here is the fear of the experience coming to an end.
