Brothers Sergio and Mario Tofé from Madrid, chef and sommelier respectively, are at the helm of this project in the Legazpi neighbourhood. The restaurant almost goes unnoticed from the outside, but inside it reveals a charming, minimalist space with barely five tables. The cuisine is contemporary, full of nuance and with nods to Latin America and Asia, moving away from more conventional patterns. There is no à la carte menu, but a single tasting menu that changes completely with the season. The wine list focuses on small producers and offers a high-level pairing. Booking is essential. A young promise that has already become firmly established.
