Charming modern tavern belonging to the owners of Cachivache Taberna. The bar is always lively and serves recommendable tapas and dishes. Small dining room with a few dressed tables and a tiny terrace. Honest cuisine that uses good-quality ingredients, with an emphasis on traditional flavours and respect for good products. The torrezno pork scratchings are amazing, and are worth a visit themselves. Top marks for the poulard cannelloni and the oxtail curry, too. Good wine list and food prices match the quality of the dishes. A must in the El Retiro area.
