Behind this unique project is Mexican chef Roberto Ortiz, who offers contemporary Mexican cuisine with signature touches and nods to local ingredients. Corn is the common thread and inspires many of the dishes. The wine list avoids the predictable and is accompanied by a well-thought-out cocktail menu. Guests can enjoy a short menu in a small dining room or opt for the omakase menu at a bar for six diners with live show cooking. There is also a chef's table. An interesting and different proposal that breaks the mould.
