This place occupies the former premises of the iconic but now defunct Jockey restaurant. Classic luxury, impeccable service and a magnificent mise-en-scène. Exclusively à la carte, there are no tasting menus. Well-executed, classic, seasonal cuisine with great care for the products and the presentations. A few nods to its predecessor’s menu. Many of the dishes are given a finishing touch in the dining room, in front of diners. Countless trolleys carrying bread, cheese and spirits, each better than the last. The wine list is nothing short of spectacular, offering a vast selection to explore and get lost in. It has several private rooms. Luxury is at the heart of everything here.
