A bistro with a touch of signature cuisine near Plaza de Olavide. This project created by three young entrepreneurs focuses on seasonal and locally sourced ingredients. Creative, fresh and casual cuisine, apparently simple but very elaborate, with an unconventional menu in which vegetables, meats and fish are very well prepared. The friendly and attentive service enhances the experience. Minimalist, industrial and open premises with carefully designed lighting. Cosy atmosphere that makes you feel at home.
