Benito Gómez presents a highly personal cuisine, with Andalusia always at its heart, excellent ingredients and plenty of flavour. There is technique, but it never overshadows what matters most: the pleasure of eating well. The menu changes with the seasons and what is available locally, with Andalusian products playing a leading role. A carefully curated wine list focused on local wines, together with a selection of artisan cheeses, complete the experience. A mature restaurant with a strong identity and, without doubt, one of Andalusia’s great dining destinations.
