Highlights include steak tartare nigiri, boneless wings with apple and teriyaki, oxtail ravioli, as well as a fine tuna pincho, excellent artichokes with ham and a top-notch torrija for dessert. The driving force behind the project is chef Manuel Álvarez, who now runs four venues in Región de Murcia. A different option that is sure to please.
