Tucked away among Galician forests on the banks of the River Arenteiro, a lovingly restored old mill offers much more than just a good meal. Sitting here means being carried away by the scent of the grill, the flavour of aged T-bone steak and the murmur of the water. The highlight is charcoal-grilled meat, although there is also well-prepared fish, homemade desserts such as mascarpone flan and a wine cellar led by Galician references. Elegant tableware, impeccable service and a terrace that, come evening, turns into a haven for cocktails and calm. It feels like a film set, but it’s real.
