Restaurante Maño

With a history dating back to the 1940s, this restaurant is a true classic of the city and a benchmark for traditional cuisine from Palencia. Their offering focuses on local products and homemade dishes full of flavour. A favourite among locals, they serve a set lunch menu as well as options for special occasions. In addition to the traditional staples, standouts include the scrambled eggs with blood sausage, the bravas potatoes and the cheeks stewed in red wine. It has a bar and terrace with an informal menu, open from breakfast, and a quieter dining room upstairs.
