This contemporary eatery, led by José Luis Pastrana, reinterprets Andalusian tradition with modern techniques, quality local ingredients and plenty of slow-simmered depth. The offering is split between an à la carte menu and a tasting menu, both tempting and far from easy to choose between. Must-orders include the soft bun filled with egg yolk, the whisky flavoured sirloin steak tartare, the pringá ravioli and the rice dishes. The space is simple and welcoming, with understated décor, two small dining rooms visually connected and an open kitchen. You leave with a clear desire to return and keep exploring the menu.
