A gastrobar serving tapas such as liquid croquettes, bravas potatoes and pork ear, and a restaurant built around two products: tuna and Wagyu. Here, refined starters are followed by virtually every part of the tuna—including its eye, served as butter—alongside a variety of Wagyu dishes. A tasting menu is also available.
