Market-fresh cuisine, specialising in rice dishes, which are a true benchmark in Valencia. The Valencian-style paella is their star dish: rice cooked to perfection, plenty of fresh vegetables, and the local tradition of adding rosemary and snails. The menu features a variety of starters, primarily seafood, and unconventional fish and meat options, such as the suckling kid goat confit or caramelised suckling pig. A rather small wine cellar, but with a variety of options, focused primarily on local wines. A calm, peaceful atmosphere to enjoy pleasant conversation. One of the top Valencian-style paellas in the city.
