This restaurant is housed in a former 12th-century Cistercian monastery, now converted into a hotel. The dining room, with stone walls, vaulted ceilings and soft lighting, exudes serenity and charm, complemented by a young and attentive service team. Under the direction of Chef Miguel Ángel de la Cruz (La Botica de Matapozuelos), two tasting menus are offered, featuring signature cuisine made with local products, much of them from the restaurant’s own organic garden. The style is minimalist, delicate and elegant. The carefully curated wine cellar features excellent labels from the region. A little gem in the Ribera del Duero.
