A modern take on traditional cuisine at Bilbao’s oldest restaurant served by the renowned chef from Vizcaya Paul Ibarra. Spread across two floors with the lower level occupied by a charming dining room decorated with vintage wall tiles and bistro-style tables. The offering is based on the small dishes typical of Bilbao but with an avant-garde twist. Cod fritters, the famous shrimps, potato salad and many more unmissable classics. The traditional Bilbao set menu is an interesting option. Good cellar by a great sommelier. All with excellent value for money and served by kind, friendly staff. You’ll want to go back time and time again.
