Since opening in 1985 in El Tubo, this restaurant has been clear about one thing: the product takes centre stage. Live seafood in tanks, wild fish, well-executed rice dishes, a patient oven and a classic wine list that needs no grand speeches. Borage with clams and the rice dishes set the tone, while the meats are presented bold and without fuss. The dining room, classically styled, features nods to Zaragoza tradition and linen-draped tables. It doesn’t follow trends and doesn’t need to. Ideal for those who value quality ingredients over spectacle, and for celebrations with substance.
