In this corner of Zaragoza's historic quarter, you’ll find traditional Aragonese cuisine with a signature touch. Diners can choose from a short à la carte menu or a more elaborate tasting menu. Dishes such as Pyrenean trout, rice with borage and clams, duck magret with coffee and chocolate, and lamb cannelloni in stroganoff sauce show precise, unfussy technique. The wine list is concise but well-chosen and pairs nicely. The service is attentive, although somewhat inexperienced. The space is small and can get a bit noisy, but the linen-draped tables and the quality glassware add a touch of refinement. A pleasant experience.
