This project from the owners of Casa Lac brings Tudela and Zaragoza together in a cuisine centred on quality products and the grill, with pickled dishes, the odd international touch and vegetables taking the lead role. Favourites include fried artichokes with foie gras, wood-roasted crystal peppers with egg and sirloin tataki. This is a place for sharing and mopping up sauces with bread, although it's a pity it's not the quality it deserves to be. The wine list, with Aragón in pride of place, allows itself sensible diversions. The dining room is welcoming, with thoughtful details such as the tableware. If it’s good vegetables and clear cuisine you’re after, this is the spot.
