Founded by Chisco Jiménez in 2010, it is named after his grandmother and features a seasonal menu, although its iconic tripe and potato salad remain unchanged and are renowned in the city. The different spaces, which include a terrace, a bar area and a dining room with a glassed-in kitchen, allow you to enjoy both a casual bite and a more leisurely meal.
