Tapas and dishes for sharing without rules or labels, with Galician products reimagined over the grill and with Asian twists. Here, zorza fills the nachos, tripe travels in Japanese bread and the traditional caldeirada is served with the catch of the day. You can eat with your hands, toast with wines from small producers and enjoy a playful menu that shifts with the seasons.
