In the heart of the San Pedro neighbourhood, a discreet façade opens into an old-style eatery where Galician tradition is slowly simmered. The menu, handwritten on a blackboard, changes daily: escabeches, stews, potato salad, catch of the day, rice dishes and a homemade empanada that brings back childhood memories. The Santiago cake coulant rounds things off sweetly. Just twenty-five lucky diners per service. A communal table and exposed concrete frame a dining room with soul. An experience as original as it is flavourful.
