This fresh, informal project is housed in an industrial-style venue, featuring exposed stone, mirrors and a spacious bar that takes centre stage. The menu is designed for sharing and centres on grilled dishes: vegetables, fish, Galician meats, their famous pepito steak sandwich and the occasional international touch. Gildas, grilled artichokes, squid and quality cuts of meat make up a dynamic menu with reasonable prices. Álvaro Victoriano’s signature style remains, but in a more open and dynamic setting, ideal for a quick bite or a hassle-free meal.
