The first grill house in Vitoria, a favourite with grill buffs. Located beside El Prado Park, one of the city’s green lungs. Owned by the son of the legendary Xixario de Orio. Simple, traditional menu. They’ve mastered the art of the holm oak charcoal grill and the perfect bed of coals. The red sea bream, wild turbot and baked spider crab are recommended picks.
