Open since 1995, this pintxos bar is a real institution in the capital of Álava. The bar displays everything from classic pintxos to genuine miniature haute cuisine delights. You order at the bar and serve yourself, before taking a seat at the high or low tables inside, or on the terrace when the weather is fine. Some of the specialities include the perretxicos Irish-style pintxo, the broad bean mille-feuille and the grilled foie gras. There is also a tasting menu. A typical spot to start a pintxo tour.
