Mano Lenta

Ana and Luis run this restaurant, with him in the kitchen and her front of house. The menu combines tradition and creativity using fresh, seasonal ingredients, with a style of cooking that draws on family roots and time-honoured recipes. The menu ranges from a good pintxo to hearty stews and more international dishes such as scallop kimchi or fish and chips, as well as off-menu specialities such as grilled St George’s mushrooms. They also offer a tasting menu by reservation and a fine selection of wines, including some local gems.
