It is easy to miss, but this small family-run restaurant in the Eixample offers far more than first impressions suggest. It has just a handful of tables, a tiny terrace and the soul of a traditional neighbourhood eatery. The menu is appealing, built around seasonal ingredients and a selection of Catalan classics, complemented by daily specials that are usually well worth exploring. Highlights include seasonal stews, tuna tartare, lobster stew and the senyoret rice. The desserts are a satisfying finale, if you can find room for them. Be warned: those who go, always come back for more.
