Three “ex-El Bulli” chefs at this haute cuisine restaurant. Excellent mise en scène with an apparently unlimited capacity for creativity and innovation. Top ratings on every list make it hard to find a table. The open kitchen runs with clockwork precision, and so does the service. Three set menus: one is classic, and the other two are long and short versions of the latest novelties. Sensations, flavours, textures... All sublime. Extensive, reasonable wine list. It’s aptly named: disfrutar means “enjoy”!
