This industrial-style restaurant has built a vegetarian and vegan concept in which the grill plays a leading role. The menu is short but thoughtfully crafted, featuring dishes such as tacos with romesco sauce, seasonal croquettes and Thai green curry. There is also a tasting menu available. Here, organic, seasonal and locally sourced vegetables take centre stage. Everything is made in-house, from the dishes themselves to the kombuchas and ginger ales.
