Three young chefs with different origins and backgrounds have given a twist to traditional Catalan cuisine, presenting it in a modern and daring way. At lunchtime they offer a set menu, while in the evening there is an à la carte menu. Standout dishes include original creations such as hot olives, cuttlefish bikini sandwich or escudella salad. The wine list is extensive and focuses on less common labels. This historic space surrounds diners with an intimate atmosphere, featuring dim lighting, Catalan vaulted ceilings and exposed brick. Although they have not been around for long, they already have a loyal clientele. That says it all.
