Basque cuisine and good product define the proposal at this elegant restaurant, with a well-lit dining room, a bar, well-spaced tables and a pleasant terrace for good-weather days. The à la carte menu offers dishes such as tomato salad, Piparra peppers, pocha beans and an excellent capipota stew, although meats and fish are the real protagonists. The T-bone steak, tender and juicy, is especially recommendable, as is the turbot, one of the best in the city. The service is friendly and attentive, and the wine list is very complete. It won't disappoint you.
