In this warm dining room with linen-draped tables, Carles Gaig presents a high-level Catalan cuisine. Tradition and seasonal, locally-sourced ingredients shape a proposal that elegantly revisits the family recipe book. The extensive and enticing menu features much-loved classics such as tuna tartare, seasonal vegetables, baked macaroni and truffled cannelloni. An extensive and well-curated wine list, along with attentive service, completes the experience. One of the city’s best Dry Martinis is also served here, prepared by his wife Fina. A house that continues to keep the bar high.
