After his time at Asagumo, Chef Ben has launched his own project, offering pure Japanese cuisine. Quality ingredients, precise technique and attractive presentation define a menu that moves through starters, maki, sashimi and nigiri, alongside hot dishes such as duck yakisoba or beef donburi. The space is minimalist and elegant, with an open kitchen and two clearly differentiated areas. The main dining room offers an à la carte menu and a set lunch menu, while downstairs there’s an omakase experience for eight diners. A Japanese restaurant that leaves a lasting impression.
