When you enter Sensato you are transported to Japan. Understated, warm décor featuring a wooden bar and leather-upholstered stools for six. Watch Sato and his 15 steps for perfect sashimi, nigiri, gunkan and temaki. He is so delicate preparing the dishes that sometimes there are silences not usual in restaurants. Excellent raw ingredients. One set-menu at a fixed price. A great experience and not very common in Barcelona, although it’s not ideal for having a conversation while eating.
