The offering is based on fusion cuisine that blends Cantabrian traditions with flavours from all over the world: Asia, Italy, America, Morocco and more. Top-notch meats cooked over charcoal then finished off on the grill, a key utensil at this venue. The speciality in the dining room is the Pinta beef T-bone steak, but the pork chop and picaña (top sirloin cap) are also surprisingly good. In the bar area, you’ll find a tasty selection of fun sharing dishes. As for drinks, the wine list offers an interesting choice of natural and organic labels, all very pleasant. Great fun!
