This restaurant surprises with a two-storey space dominated by a large central atrium bathed in natural light from a skylight. In the kitchen, the menu combines tradition with contemporary touches, always guided by seasonal, locally sourced ingredients. Standouts include the ceviche, the lobster lasagne and the cebón sirloin, the true star of the house. There is also a good selection of fish. For dessert, there is a cheese board and some surprising pineapple ravioli filled with cheese. There is also a more informal bar area serving a set lunch menu and small plates. A great wine list and friendly service complete the experience. A must in the capital.
