Signature cuisine from Juanlu Fernández, formerly a chef at Aponiente, who presents local dishes from Cádiz with a French twist. He offers two excellent tasting menus with optional pairing, including some carefully selected sherry labels. Sophisticated cuisine with surprising mixtures of flavours, all beautifully presented. A small venue with subtle décor and an open kitchen in the middle of the dining room so it can be seen from all tables. Professional, attentive staff. A great experience.
