In Alcalá del Valle, in the heart of the Cádiz mountains, Pedro Aguilera has taken his family restaurant to another level. The cuisine looks to tradition and the seasons, with the vegetable garden playing a leading role and wood fire running through the experience. There are two tasting menus, which can be complemented with traditional stews such as oxtail or tripe. Service is warm and friendly.
