This family-run restaurant, in operation since 1980, is one of those temples that keep the essence of Córdoba cooking alive. Their traditional homemade stews, grilled meats and rice dishes lead a menu free of frills. The partridge rice, served as an individual portion, is unmissable. Also convincing are the partridge sausage, lamb sweetbreads and oxtail with a surprise. And the tocino de cielo (yolk custard) to finish is a straight trip to glory. All under the baton of Julio, a master of ceremonies of the old school. Ideal for groups and long, after-meal conversations.
