This rice restaurant is set in a renovated farmhouse with rustic décor in the centre of Girona. Spread over three floors, it features dining rooms on each level and, on the ground floor, there’s also a bar for five guests overlooking the open kitchen. The main reason to come here is for a good rice dish, whether dry, creamy or cooked in a casserole. The Iberian pork rice with blood sausage aioli is a house classic. The menu also includes Catalan and Mediterranean dishes, a weekday set lunch menu and a very complete wine list. Booking is essential. A place you’ll want to return to.
