Hidden away in the garden of a beautiful boutique hotel is a glass-enclosed dining room overlooking the pool, a spacious covered terrace and an open kitchen where you can watch Jordi Simón and his team at work. The menu blends Mediterranean roots with Asian and Latin American influences, always focusing on locally sourced ingredients. Highlights include the Palamós red prawn aguachile, the Empordà Wagyu rib cannelloni and the steak tartare finished at the table. The wine cellar is extensive and the service attentive, although somewhat distant. A place to return to time and again.
