A Swedish chef and his Catalan partner have added an original touch to Palamós’s culinary scene. Their creative cuisine blends Swedish and Empordà flavours, striking a balance between home-style dishes and the refinement of Northern Europe. The dishes are presented with great care and a lovely interplay of colours. Highlights include the smørrebrød on black kefir bread and the Girona beef fillet tartare with beetroot, tartar sauce and salsify. The wine list is well-curated and offers a selection by the glass. Although the entrance is reminiscent of a fishermen’s tavern, the interior embraces a minimalist style. A project with soul.
