Founded in 1947, this long-standing restaurant is located in the heart of Aracena, next to the Gruta de las Maravillas (the Cave of Marvels). They offer typical local cuisine, featuring Iberian pork that has been raised in the magnificent pastures dotted with holm oaks found in the Sierra de Aracena and Picos de Aroche. Migas (fried breadcrumbs) with Iberian chorizo and fried egg or the gurumelo mushroom scramble when in season are some of the dishes that epitomise their mountain cuisine. The friendly and approachable service rounds off an experience that is well worth enjoying.
