Ramón Piñeiro introduces his new bar in the legendary Laurel street. Jarandilla is a new take on Piñeiro’s earlier project, Parrilla Riojana, and offers pinchos, pinchos and more pinchos in a packed, but charming bar. Good cooking in petite sizes. Empanadilla pasties, croquettes, black blood sausage, tomato salad, asparagus, tripe stew, and even a smash burger. Be sure to try the cheesecake, which is second to none. Well on its way to becoming a mandatory stop on the tapa tango route.
