This project is headed by Chef Sergio Monterde and the well-known food influencer Alberto de Luna. The concept focuses on Japanese cuisine, with standout nigiri, featuring expertly prepared rice and charcoal-grilled dishes cooked in Josper and Kamado ovens. The dining experience is elevated by an outstanding wine list, offering prestigious labels at reasonable prices. The charming venue includes a few low tables and a small bar with seating for around eight guests, perfect for enjoying the omakase menu. An ambitious concept in full evolution.
