Two Argentine chefs are behind this young and vibrant project in the Retiro area. It is a modern eatery that focuses on market-fresh cuisine where seasonal ingredients take centre stage. The menu features just fifteen dishes, including snacks, starters, main courses and desserts, all designed to be shared. Gnocco fritto, grilled tongue and free-range squab are among the favourites. Always ask about the off-menu items, as there’s always something interesting on offer. The wine list combines classic references with offerings from small producers. A pleasant surprise.
